New Beginnings: Finding Your Strength in Change

I am convinced that the hardest climb is the one inward, toward the peak called Change. But the view from that summit is worth every step.

This article is dedicated to everyone who balances different roles every day and often feels the pressure and exhaustion from high expectations. If you are looking for ways to find peace, improve your life, and connect with yourself amidst the chaos of eve
ryday life, I invite you to continue reading.

In my life, I have weathered many storms—different changes that forced me to rethink my life. I’ve learned that we first need to stand in front of the mirror and ask ourselves, "Am I happy with who I am?" Our thoughts shape everything—how we think is how we project, and how we project is what we attract. So today, I will write about changes, new beginnings, and finding inner peace and satisfaction.

Today, as a nature therapist, I use natural methods to help others find the peace I found through forest bathing, tai chi, and meditation. If you feel drained by daily obligations, take a moment to pause and dedicate time to yourself—self-care, both inside and out, is key to our health and well-being.

I admit, starting my own business brought me new energy and joy that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Yes, it also involved many hours of work and learning, but that’s not the topic for today.

Today, I balance between business and parenting challenges. I have found love and support with a partner who brought peace into my life, along with new perspectives, and vice versa. Together, we explore both the joys and challenges of life, we teach each other, and it’s not always easy. But we find common ground, often together in nature. I’ve learned that when our inner batteries are full, and when we are content and at peace with ourselves, we can be the best versions of ourselves—the best parent, the best partner, the best colleague. And the best boss...

Let my story be an invitation for you to find your own methods of healing and ways to recharge, especially when facing changes and new beginnings. Changes can be painful and seem frightening, but they are also opportunities to reconnect with ourselves and discover what truly calms and strengthens us. In the end, we realize that, no matter how painful it was, changes always lead to better outcomes.

If you feel lost or lack a sense of calm, try introducing a few simple practices into your daily routine:

Embrace Change as Part of the Natural Cycle:
Nature teaches us that changes are an inevitable part of life. Look at the trees in autumn—they don’t hesitate to shed their leaves to make room for new growth. Try to view changes as an opportunity for personal growth and development.
Create Small Moments of Calm: When overwhelmed by feelings of uncertainty, create a small ritual that gives you a sense of security. It could be a walk in nature, enjoying a quiet cup of tea, or a few minutes of mindful breathing. These small pauses help you find peace amidst changes.
Connect with Your Inner Strength: When facing uncertainty, it’s important to remember your own strength and resilience. Nature can help with this—every time you notice a flower growing on rocky ground, remember that you too possess that inner strength and resilience.
Embrace a New Beginning as an Opportunity for Healing: Every change brings the possibility of a new beginning. Instead of fearing the future, try thinking of it as an opportunity to heal old wounds, let go of the past, and create something new for yourself. Try a new practice, a new walk, or simply allow yourself to be present in this moment.

I share my tips and experiences in the hope that they will help you. Your path to healing is unique, and changes are an opportunity to discover new ways to care for yourself. I invite you to explore, embrace changes as part of your process, and find peace within them.

To repeat the beginning of the article: Sometimes the hardest climb is the one inward, but the view from the top—when you finally look in the mirror and recognize peace within yourself—is worth every step. When life is stormy, the best answer is sometimes simply to stop, take a deep breath, walk barefoot through the forest... and start anew, courageously, with fresh energy. Because when you take care of yourself, you also take care of everything around you.

That peace is yours—take it and enjoy it.
